So im looking at these boots and theres a $100 difference between the 2, is there a signifcant upgrade in 2010 from 2009 in terms of comfort and tech? there so much boot jargon about these boots i have no clue what any of it means. also does the 2009 tongue have velcro on each side to keep it position from moving while boarding?
