Sadly, I booked Southwest for my round-trip flight to Salt Lake City from Albany, NY. I chose Southwest based largely on the recommendations I saw on this forum…so I think it’s appropriate to share my horrible experience on this forum as well. I booked my flight in October to leave Albany on 12/30.
