So today, I left Portland at 6:00 AM and got to Phoenix at 9:30 AM. It was 70 and mostly sunny; a far cry from the 42 and raining in Portland. I am enjoying taking a small break from riding and enjoying a dose of the Sonoran Desert which is lush and green from the El Nino moisture.
