I’ve had herniated discs for the past few years which get aggravated from time to time. I just started seeing a physical therapist to help minimize the discomfort With that said, last season was my first season and I’ve ridden with the herniated discs. I can ride a bit but I need take breaks in between and the discomfort usually goes away after spending some quality time with a hot tub I’m curious though if others actually continue to ride with the herniation or if they stop altogether?
