The Southern Hemisphere season of the World Rookie Tour concluded with the very successful second ever Australian Rookie Fest at Thredbo Resort. Henry Bessell, last year’s Grom winner, took out the Rookie division: he won a trip to the Protest World Rookie Finals 2012 in Ischgl, Austria, as did the female Rookie winner Alex Fitch Unfortunately the weather was against us, so Charles Beckinsale, our internationally renowned course designer, had to make the call on the morning of the event to switch courses from Antons to High Noon
