I had ordered an brand new 153 Signal Omni from them a week ago and got this board at a steal of a deal!! Well When i had got my board from Sierra,opened it and what do you know? This brand new board had been ridden before i had even got to ride it!!!! SIERRA SNOWBOARD RIDES THE BOARD THEN RESELLS THEM!!!! The bottom base was all furry and dry in a bunch of spots with rusted out edges!!! So PISSED OFF! Then when i went to call them about it to let them know about the problem and spoke to a guy named eric, he ends up telling me that all the boards are like this and that the guys down at signal hand make all the boards and that they are all Stoners at signal and have no idea what they are doing down there at all, and then offers me a $20 gift card! Witch didnt fix anything! SO….. I called signal themselves down in california and talked to Mike down there and he was very shocked to hear this was going on and Did all he could to get me on a BRAND new OMNI 153
