Bindings shifting

My 2013 burton super hero along with my 2013 union forces (with conversion disc) are slipping while riding meaning they rotate (e.g they will be at 15 degrees and slip to 0 degrees etc) I put them on super tight. I have considered loctite but burton says not to use it (why?) I am using the m6x13mm screws which were recommended over the traditional 16mm screws I was going to use.
