Yesterday I woke up real early (4:00 AM) to find 6 new inches of dry powder since going to bed the night before. We’ve been seeing about that much daily since New Year’s Eve and it was high time to take advantage. The schedule was clear, the daughter was at her grandparents’ home, and I recently picked up a new 686 jacket that I had yet to remove its tags.
