board/binding compatibility…

I’m a beginner looking to buy a board, I really liked the Burton Flow Binding seems so easy to put on. I’m just wondering if its a good binding for an absolute beginner. also wanna know if the DC HKD board is compatible with the Burton Flow, and hows the board for a beginner
