Burton sizing?

Thinking about getting the Burton Franchise jacket and pants.. not sure on the sizing. I wear a 38/39 suit jacket so I’m thinking M for the jacket, but on the pants I’m a little wary, since I wear a 32/33 waist in jeans and have a pretty short inseam, about 30
