On November 20, 2019, the snowboarding community lost its greatest champion. Burton founder, Jake Burton Carpenter, was the heart and soul of the sport, and no one loved the Burton U∙S∙Open more than he did. We invite you to join us throughout the 38^th Annual Burton U·S·Open Snowboarding Championships, in Vail, Colorado for special moments and surprises as we celebrate the life-changing impact Jake had on all of us.

Ride On Jake Snowboard Exhibit: 4:30–6:00pm at the Burton Lionshead Store.

Friday, February 28^th

Ride For Jake: 8:00am at Gondola One for a celebratory top-to-bottom run down the glades of Riva Ridge.

Saturday, February 29^th

Fireworks for Jake: 7:30pm at the Solaris Concert Stage
