I just bought a new board this season and I want to take it to a shop to have the edges tuned because I don’t want to mess them up. I’ve been doing some research about angles and such and from what I’ve learned I’m thinking I should tell them to do a 1º base bevel and a 90º edge bevel

I just bought a new board this season and I want to take it to a shop to have the edges tuned because I don’t want to mess them up. I’ve been doing some research about angles and such and from what I’ve learned I’m thinking I should tell them to do a 1º base bevel and a 90º edge bevel. But one site said that I shouldn’t change anything and I should just ride it how it is.
