have a Tachyon POV cam sitting here… no it doesn’t compete with the $600 VIO or the $250-$350 ContourHD or GoPro HD same tier as the previous GoPro and VHoldr and OregonScientific units dropped at a high rate of speed onto concrete and didn’t even miss a frame (VHoldr explodes at the thought) yeah it can take abuse will survive a drop in a pool and then some (not possible without external cases with the other cams) can take a 32GB SDHC card just seeing if there’s any interest, there may be a 16GB SDHC card involved
