Flex Question

I googled this quesion and checked on Rides Flex Ratings, and got different answers, so I thought maybe some of ya’ll could enlighten me on this subject. My question….Is the Ride Kink 2012 model stiffer then the Ride Crush 2012 model?? According to Rides flex ratings it said that the Crush is rated a 3 ( 1 soft – 10 stiff) and the Kink is a 5.
