Flex/Pressure issue

So I just got a new pair of boots (Rome Bodega) felt great in the store. After a few runs I noticed that turning toe side was causing my boot to flex into the top of my foot, causing quite a bit of pain after a while. The stores near me have about 4 boots overall that fit me at this stage in the season.(Tore the side out of my old BOA boots) I have 4 days to return them for something else.
