Flow bindings…

Hey, I was checking out there bindings and i saw that they had a lot of all mountain bindings and im looking for some to put on my SL-R. I dont do anything big, all i do is basically freeride, and aat the terain park i do jumps and rails but nothing really big. Will flows work for me and what which flows would you recommend for a rider like me
