I think i came to the conclusion that the way i tie up my boot is what is causing the problem. Yesterday within the first couple of minutes riding down, i had terrible pain on my front foot (left), i can say the pain is on the top side of my foot, above the 5th toe. at first i thought it was my binding stance so i adjusted that
