Just wondering, what are your summer time routines to keep fit and ready or…if you are like me and never got fit and ready for the season? Im kinda battling some arthritis in my back from some injuries and no core strength in the stomach from eating 2000 calorie lunches and sitting behind my computer for 12 hours a day. I also have a shoulder injury that I’m getting PT for, and HOPING I dont end up having to have surgery on.
