So last spring (very end of season) I took a pretty bad fall and suffered a rotator cuff injury. It wasn’t bad enough that I needed surgery, but I was in pain for a few months. Over the summer I got much better and by the time this fall came around I thought my shoulder was almost a 100% back to normal.
