A new ride day for women is happening this weekend, on Sunday, March 24th at SilverStar Mountain Resort in British Columbia.
Nothing in the Pantry, a women's snowboard crew based at SilverStar is hosting the women's-specific event.
Nothing in the Pantry explained on their Instagram:
"This day is all about creating space for the ladies and female identifying to get together for a fun and supportive day of hitting the slopes and park. Whether you are a first timer in the park or just want to be around some like-minded ladies, we can’t wait to meet you and enjoy the day with you!"
Ride days are a great way to meet new friends, explore new mountains (or enjoy your local resort), and increase a sense of community.
