On many models of K2 bindings (auto, formula etc…) it seems like a greater area of the highback is in contact with the heelcup compared with other bindings where only the small (inch or so wide) forward lean adjustment piece is in contact with the heelcup (when using forward lean). Logic tells me this would allow for better energy transfer from the highback into the heelcup/rest of the binding, but maybe I don’t have a clue what I’m talking about :dunno: Just an observation I’ve been curious about. Can anyone speak to this
