Meanwhile, Kirkwood’s Tahoe Learning Center has been quietly developing into one of the regions premier learning facilities and a go-to location for Tahoe ski lessons, snowboard lessons, women’s ski programs and, as a certified Burton Learn to Ride Center, specialized women’s snowboarding programs. The most important difference with the Tahoe Learning Center as opposed to other Tahoe ski schools is that the learning terrain is separate from the rest of the mountain providing a safer and less intimidating learning environment.
