Magnetraction Question

From what I’ve seen there are a lot of knowledgeable guys here and I was hoping to get some advice from experienced riders– who own lib techs or other boards with magnetraction style edges–on the 09 lib tech ripper series I just got. I’ve been riding for years on the east coast and I love a good down hill carve session with plenty of off trail detours, but now I’m trying to get more into the park
