Methodology utilizes its events as platforms to raise money for organizations and projects aimed at helping local communities and providing opportunities for young people to get involved in snowboarding and skateboarding.

Over the years, the events have contributed to STOKED, Chill Foundation, the Caldor Fire Victims Fund/El Dorado Community Foundation, Utah Avalanche Center, Revert Foundation, Osceola Skatepark in Wisconsin, Bijou Skatepark in South Lake Tahoe, Lin-Wood Skatepark in New Hampshire, YES Kind Boston/Operation Snowsports, and more.

This year, Methodology will donate all funds raised at the Sierra event to the 43 Institute, which honors the legacy of Ken Block by providing opportunity for young people in action sports, motorsports, and creative arts.
