Need help…

Hey guys I am in need of some suggestions as to which bindings i should get for my Flow Merc(09)163wide which i just bought, I am 6’2, 190lbs, and have size 13 shoes. I am a complete noob in terms of skill I’ve only been out once and that was just at a local park with my friends board. I intend on doing mostly freeride, not really planning on doing tricks anytime soon
