I bought a new NS SL this year and I’m used to slapping a new coat of wax on new boards since the factory coat is usually pretty thin and crappy. I gotta say though, the factory coat of wax on the SL seems pretty decent. With Baker’s opening day tomorrow, I’m tempted to bust out the SL for at least a few runs, but I haven’t had a chance to put my own coat of wax on there.
