This past Saturday saw China’s top snowboarders head to the NIKE 6.0 Summer Lab for one final throw-down before our we all start preparing for a busy winter season! Riders battled it out through a jam-session competition format with sessions on the kicker, airbag and rails. With nothing to lose the riders were giving it their all, and the improvement in level of riding was truly impressive! American rider Nate would rise victorious at the end of the day, throwing down everything from front flips to backflips and rodeos on the kicker, stomping a range of stylish transfers on the wallride and just destroying the park in general! Last year’s King of the Park OG rider Wang Lei was in his usual good form, landing big FS7 and FS rodeos off the kicker enough for second place. Young-gun Jokey Tong was once again proving he’s a rider to keep an eye on, with backflips and BS7s on the kicker and chucking almost every type of spin combination possible onto and off-of the rails! t wasn’t just the male riders that were putting on a show however – Zhu Hong was proving she can kick it too, with some stylish FS3s on the kickers and frontflipping onto the bag, and one of the most stylish FS-boards of the day
