Each Wednesday of March, which is Brain Injury Awareness Month, tune into the @saveabrain on Instagram as founder Kelsey Boyer talks with neurologists, physical therapists, doctors, and more about how to heal and protect your brain, as well as to gain better understanding of the various ways that brain injury can affect you—and how to move forward.

The first workshop featured neurologist Dr. Alina K. Fong, director of Cognitive FX, a concussion treatment center.

"We are thrilled to have Dr. Fong who is no stranger to working with brains. We are going to dive into concussion research, brain resiliency and more. We will be posting the link soon, stay tuned!” said Save A Brain on their Instagram.

The second workshop featured Annie Howard of Happy Brain Physical Therapy. “Annie Is a physical therapist at Happy Brain who specializes in all things concussion. Her mission is to empower you to understand that what you feel is real and that there is a solution. She strives to get you back to doing the things that you love, with the least amount of symptoms and medication possible, in the least amount of time. She wants you to understand that you absolutely can get better!” said Save A Brain on Instagram.
