Snowboard Iskola

So after looking through some of the threads all over the forums i have found out that I was taught the wrong way to snowboard(dom foot in back acting like a rudder) for about 3 years now which sucks. so i though is there something i can do during this off season to help repair the damage done that i could work into my workouts. like some exercise or even picking up skateboarding?( saw a couple places that said that helps but i don’t know for sure).
