Ollie help?

okay well im staring to get into the rails were a ollie is kinda or required to get on it and im not gunna lie my ollie sucks idk why can just ollie ive seen videos and when id o ollie only go about half a foot give or take and ive done it at least 20 times…. idk what im doing wrong
