• Brace yourselves for mandatory parking reservations in all lots on weekends and during holiday periods, starting in December. They're quick to mention that most of these coveted spots will be free.

• If you're the plan-ahead type, you can secure a parking spot for a mere $30. For instance, if you're dead set on parking your sleigh there for Christmas, you can drop your hard-earned cash as soon as they'll let you in October.
• They'll keep those exclusive carpool spots close at hand, but yes, reservations are still mandatory for your vehicle.
