I wear a 12 shoe, and tried on a 11.5 and 12 maysis today.. The 12 feels good , but I have about a bit of heel lift, .. The 11.5 I dont have much lift at all , but when Im standing straight up its really crunching my Big toe, but when Im in a stance with knees bent it feels a little better.
