i bought a pair of rome bosses…didnt come with the manual. is the rubber thing beneath the binding suppose to be mounted along with the binding or removed?….it makes the binding really freaking thick, and difficult to screw into the holes since there’s too much clearance between the screws and the binding holes in between now..
