So I was in a pretty bad car accident in 2009 which resulted in a ruptured cervical and herniated lumbar that I thought would end my snowboarding “Career” for good. After a lot of physical therapy and a lot of core strengthening its now 2013 and I’ve never looked back. :laugh: My question to you guys n gals; who rides with these issues and what have you done to live with these conditions and if you have any tips please share
