Due to the fire damage to Nordic Valley's ticket office, the resort is urging skiers and snowboarders to purchase tickets online before arriving to the resort. The check-in for lift tickets is now located near the base of the Crockett Lift. In the absence of a lodge, Nordic Valley is offering seating near propane heaters and a fire pit, with plans to establish a temporary indoor space very soon. Although rentals and lessons are currently unavailable, the resort is providing restrooms and food trucks at the base area.

Nordic Valley is now back to its regular schedule, operating Monday through Saturday from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. and Sunday from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. The resort has also announced that its terrain park is open for freestyle-oriented skiers and snowboarders.
