Snowboard Iskola

I went snowboarding for the first time last weekend and man did I learn that snowboarding is a full body workout! So what are some good exercises and training to help your snowboarding abilities. I mainly mountain bike 15 miles at a time or do Stairmaster for 30 minutes. These exercises are pretty good for general fitness but I think that this level of exercise is probably the absolute minimum requirements to prepare for snowboarding.
