The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Spanish snowboarder Queralt Castellet has been taken to the hospital as a precaution after a fall during training, and will not be competing in the women’s halfpipe final tonight at Cypress Mountain outside of Vancouver. Castellet had already qualified earlier this afternoon for the medal round, but apparently crashed hard during a training run after she had already qualified. At this point (8:15 p.m.
