Snowboard Iskola

I’m thinking I’m 4 months out from getting back on the snowboard for my third season! Geeeeeked! I stay in shape but just by running, doing some core exercise and minimal lifting. I’m not rediciously flexible and I don’t do much lower body strength and conditioning. I was trying to think about how I could tweak the routine to get this old body ready for all the ice in Michigan or better yet, Powder Mountain in February! Any ideas from you veterans would be appreciated! Cal
