With the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia scheduled for February, the Canadian team is now stronger than ever. Last season the team set a new record with 55 podiums finishes. It was a thrilling day for the snowboarding here at X Games Tignes; the first 6Star event on the 2013-2014 World Snowboard Tour calendar. With two days of practice behind us, it was today that the events kicked off. The weather made it a challenge this evening for both men’s halfpipe eliminations and women’s halfpipe finals; but even with the wind and snow that graced the Tignes halfpipe venue, the competition was still spectacular to watch.

After Effects Arfacting help?
Sorry i don’t have a video for an example but i’ll try to explain, I’m completely new to using after effects and im trying to use Time warp, i can set the key frames an such but the video is always soo choppy but only the parts in motion, like there a bunch of white little lines around the rider but not on him! I think that is called arfacting help anyone? The flim im working with is a 30 fps 1440 x 1080 shot on a contour.

As of the upcoming winter season 2012/2013 ESPN´s X Games events in Aspen (USA) and Tignes (France) will be included in the World Snowboard Tour schedule. I just mounted my Contour on a frankenpole this weekend and recorded some runs. The biggest thing that I came away with is the realization that I don’t use edges worth shit! So that and staying out of the back seat are my goals for this season, anyway.

Dew Tour Killington 2011 Halfpipe Finals
Louie Vito Words: Tyler Davis Photos: Owen Ringwall January 22, 2012- You can argue that lately halfpipe contests have become too predictable, with straight air victory laps becoming the norm. The finals at the Pantech Invitational however, were quite the opposite. With the New England weather finally cooperating and the Killington superpipe looking perfect, the final turned into one of the best pipe events I have ever seen.

saw the dew tour highlights and SW still gets massive air. other than that not sure how his score was so much higher, his run was like: – big 180 – dub cork 9 – 540 – fs rodeo 5 – dub mikey – bs rodeo 5 saw bits of ipod’s run and he had: dub mikey dub cork 10 switch dub cork 10 he did mess up his line a little though
