Conditions: 10 plus inches of fresh snow on top of perfect corduroy. Zero wind, cooler temps, and average visibility.

Flex: This board has a every so slightly above middle of the road flex. It’s your standard directional flex with a softer nose, stiffer middle section and tail. There’s a decent amount of torsional flex.

Stability: This board is nice and stable. You can cut through crud and it doesn’t buck you around. At speed there’s a tiny amount of chatter in the nose.

Ollies/Pop: This board has some serious pop. From the camber profile to the flex and the shape of this board it just wants to launch off anything and boost. It’s easy to engage the camber profile and the rebound is exactly what you want in a board like this.

Butterability: The nose is the optimal place to press on. It’s essentially a giant scoop that doesn’t fight you and just holds a butter. The tail is better for doing wheelies at high speed.

Carving: This board is quick and nimble from edge to edge. You can feel it power into a turn and then lock in on edge while snapping out of a carve. Short tight quick carves or long hard drawn out ones this board does it. This thing is meant for ripping turns and how you flex the board in the camber profile makes this board easily maneuverable.

Rider in Mind: Freeride focused resort rider.

Personal Thoughts: Man this board did not let me down. You have power from the mid of the board back to the tail which is great for ripping a carve or doing a power slash in deep snow. The nose is playful which made pow butters an absolute dream.
