This professional skier, Birk Ruud, is definitely on the road to success. He is a 23 year old Norwegian freestyle skier who competes in half pipe and slope style ski contests, and he just recently posted on Instagram some wild clips of himself snowboarding. Just as well, if not better, than a lot of the other snowboarders who compete.

Birk Ruud has won an Olympic gold medal, and X Games gold medal, and has come in first place as a World Champion. So the man clearly has talent, but the real question is, how does he have time to lay down snowboard tricks like some of the best of them? That requires some real serious time and training, and fearlessness. Maybe skiing and snowboarding are not so different after all?
