Tutorial Videos

Hey guys recently i made a website that has tutorial videos for snowboarding tricks and other sick vids. My question to you guys is what could i do to improve this site im not very techy but very dedicated to snowboarding and if i could just get some feedback on what i could improve or any other feedback would be greatly appreciated
