Snowboard Iskola

Alexis Hernandez-Roland, a midwest rail, street, and park destroyer, has just dropped her own personal project on YouTube on Snowboy Productions' YouTube Page.

Alexis Roland, hailing from Bloomington, Minnesota, has already made quite the name both within and beyond the snowboarding community. Lex has been prominently featured on The Today Show, in The New York Times, and in ESPN Magazine. Additionally, Alexis has starred in several winter sports films, showcasing remarkable talent on the slopes.

Known affectionately as "Lexi" or "Lex", Alexis first captured media attention with a viral video of snowboarding posted online and on YouTube. Dubbed a "snowboarding phenom," Lex displayed an exceptional skill level at just six years old in the video. Alexis has since turned professional, representing Nitro Snowboards.

In 2006, Alexis appeared in minor roles in two snowboarding videos, including the bonus section of "Ro Sham Bo" by Misschief Films, and "Frozen Assets" by First Tracks Productions.

Continuing the collaboration with First Tracks Productions, Alexis has featured prominently in their latest movies, "HELLO my name is," "Knock on Wood," and "Droppin'," showcasing her full, stand-out parts. Trailers for these films can be viewed on First Tracks Productions' YouTube page. Additionally, Alexis was featured in the 2009 Warren Miller film "Dynasty."

It is amazing to see this two-year personal video project come to life.
