Union Customer…

Has anyone had to contact Union before? I got my Force in the mail on Monday and the right toe ratchet was bouncing around in the box because it was missing the screw that holds it onto the toe strap. I was pretty bummed but I figured no biggie and shot Union an Email through their C3 distributor in Seattle
