East Street Archives Homesick kicked off today at Stratton Mountain in Vermont. @eaststreetarchives posted a video of Zeb standing in front of a couple of rails, a leak of the set up for Sunday's Zebulon Rail Jam.
Stratton is going to be on the receiving end of a winter storm in the next 24 hours that is forecasted to dump up to 18 inches of new snow on the resort. While this is great for powder turns, the Stratton park crew will be busy maintaining the pipe and park, for sure. (Big thanks to the park crew!)
Today, Homesick began with the OG Downhill, a classic gates race. Tomorrow during the storm, the Powers Retro Pipe event will go off. (East Coasters don't have any problem having a good time at a contest, even when it's dumping.) On Sunday, Zeb's Rail Jam will take place with a freshly groomed base.
