Well…finally was able to put everything to the test this past week as the east coast got snow and I flew up to Wisp Resort in Maryland. I wanted to just throw out a HUGE thank you to the creators of this forum and the participators as I got so many useful tips for gear and boarding. I was a newbie to this sport 2 years ago and now feel so accomplished as I was able to start using my front edge and ripping down my first black diamonds…I think I was guided perfectly by this forum on my NS SL board as prior to getting on here I never even heard of the brand and was dead set on a Burton board (like any newbie would be 😀 ) The board I thought may be to much for a beginner however it helped me evolve fast…I felt..the Rocker tech is fantastic and the edge hold was amazing…the fact that the board looks identical to the way it did when I took it out of the package is pretty nice too…I love my cartel bindings…
